|Recommended: YesStandard living — Summit at Salado is currently an OK community I see the vision that they are trying to achieve but currently they are far from it. I have only lived here for a month and Have had to dealt with multiple Issues within my apartment such as roaches, broken water heater since Novemeber 15th 2022. The maintenance team can be very responsive and they do their job extremely well whenever they do get the proper service request. Even with having a broken water heater for such a long time it has to be fixed because of current issues within the company whocurrently owns this community.
Thank you for the 3 stars Mr. Martinez. We are working really hard to bring a better and bigger vision for the residents and the property as well. Once again thank you very much
